The latest update to ReliefJet Essentials provides improvements to EML conversion and brings five new converters to Microsoft Word DOCX document format.

The new version of ReliefJet Essentials for Outlook brings Microsoft Office 2021 and Windows 11 compatibility. It also includes new features and enhancements to existing functionality.

• Convert TNEF to MSG
  The utility converts Winmail.dat, ATT00001.dat and other TNEF attachments to .msg files. After TNEF2MSG conversion you can easily open resulting MSG files in Outlook.

  We already provide many .msg converters. Now you can convert files from Outlook MSG format to .mbox email database files.
• Convert MBOX to PDF
  You can produce Adobe PDF files by converting or exporting them using our utilities. The new MBOX to PDF converter is a nice addition.
• Export Outlook Notes to Text and Import Outlook Notes from Text Files
  This pair of tools was created based on numerous requests of our users. You can now easily save your Outlook notes to plain .txt files as well as to create notes from existing text files.
• Outlook Contacts Report
  In addition to our popular Outlook Message Report, we're happy to introduce the report on Outlook contacts. You can select any contact properties you want to be shown in the resulting report and then easily export it to CSV file or copy to MS Excel.
• Save Field Values of Outlook Items, Save Fields of MSG Files and Save Fields of EML Files
  Three utilities for extracting Outlook fields and properties from items in Outlook folders and .msg files and from .eml message files. You can specify fields you need or just save all fields at once. This might be helpful to find required field names for Universal Report on Outlook Items and for two new universal reports below.
• Universal Report on MSG Files and Universal Report on EML Files
  Two universal reports extend our series of various Outlook reports. In particular, you can now extract data from emails and other items saved in files of MSG and EML formats for further analysis.

Updated utilities:

• Outlook Mail Merge with Attachments
  It is now possible to set the start date and time of sending messages; Outlook will start the delivery process at the specified time.
• Set Outlook Folder Property
  This tool is now capable of switching the "Number of unread items" / "Total number of items" counter on all selected folders at once.
• Delete Outlook Folder Permissions
  You can now remove folder permissions of all users without email addresses (orphans) automatically for many Outlook and Exchange Public Folders.

We've also improved the command line app by enhancing the verbose output and providing the ability to enter your product key.

The new version of ReliefJet Essentials provides enhancements to many areas of the product. Specifically, we've improved the compatibility with the most recent Microsoft 365 desktop versions. In this version, all tools for converting, importing and exporting MBOX files are more compatible with Google Takeout. The product is now doing much better with secure SMIME email messages. Duplicate removers and finders were also improved for better detecting duplicate recipients.

Five new converters:

• Converters from PST to EML, PST to MBOX, PST to MSG, PST to PDF and PST to HTML
  We already have a bunch of tools for exporting emails and other items from Outlook to EML, MBOX, MSG, HTML and PDF file formats. In this upgrade we're adding 5 converters for bulk conversion of PST data files into other formats. These utilities enable you to perform safe mass PST conversion even if those PSTs are not connected to your Outlook profile.

  All tools for processing .EML/.EMLX files received support for very big attachments. Sometimes even Outlook can't handle EML files containing such attachments while our tools work flawless.
• Export Outlook Folder Structure
  In addition to exporting your Outlook or Exchange Server folder structure to XML file, this tool is now capable of creating source folder structure on your disk or network share.
• Pack Attachments and Unpack Attachments
  You can now specify ZIP archive password for packing and default ZIP password for unpacking Outlook attachments in both tools.
• Save Outlook Attachments, Replace Outlook Attachments with Links, Outlook to HTML, Outlook to PDF and Save Attachments from MSG Files
  All utilities that save attachments to your disk or network share now set the proper file dates taken from native Outlook attachments.

For your convenience, we've placed enhanced macro picker menus to all suitable utility configurations. Dual file/folder pickers are now existing in the utility configuration GUI for you to be more productive.

This ReliefJet Essentials major update incorporates tons of great features and enhancements. We've made the product more compatible with MacMail and Zimbra file formats, fixed all issues and improved performance.

Four new utilities:

• Universal Email Address Report and Universal Address Book Report
  These reports on Outlook address books complement the family of our Universal Reports you can use to extract any low- and high-level data from Outlook.
• Save All Address Properties and Save All Address Book Properties
  Both extractors will assist you in determining the set of available properties and their values in Outlook address books.

  Two most requested options are now available: embedding attachments right into PDF files and creating PDF documents containing multiple emails.

  This set of tools is now equipped with a very unique feature. You can now specify the time range within a day to process emails in. For example, you can now find or export all emails for the last month received from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM.

  All of utilities for converting EML files got support for OLK14MSGSource and OLK15MSGSource formats.
• Convert MSG to EML
  The tool received a small but very handy enhancement: it is now capable of processing macros.

New macro features include new ADDRESS macro allowing you to show the Outlook Address Book entry being currently processed and COMPANY format for address macros like TO, FROM, etc.

The updated ReliefJet Essentials for Outlook introduces two new utilities, updates existing ones and adds even more exciting features.

  This new utility breaks large Outlook PST data files into smaller pieces providing a variety of options you may need.

  New version allows you to break into pieces any Outlook store like mailbox, data file, shared folders, Exchange Public Folders, etc.
• Redirect, Forward and Resend Outlook Messages
  Now you can use this utility to create auto-responders and implement other cool scenarios thanks to macro support in To, CC and BCC fields.

This version adds new RECIPIENTS macro, it allows you to get a list of To, CC or BCC email recipients. RECIPIENTS, TO and FROM macro formats were updated to support PREFIX (name title) and SUFFIX for Outlook contacts.

The new version of ReliefJet Quicks improves product performance and fixes all known bugs.

• Quick Tweaks
  New option "Convert attached Word documents to PDF automatically" causes Outlook to convert *.doc and *docx documents to .pdf immediately when they are attached to email message.
• Quick Folders
  Now you can search Outlook folders by full path using wildcards. Also, you can now limit the set of folders to be shown on Quick Folders dialog window and open this window using configured keyboard shortcut.

Please note that Quick Tweaks is not freeware anymore. It is now full-featured commercial product.

This product update adds three more utilities, improves most of the existing utilities and fixes all issues found to the moment. It also improves performance when selecting Outlook folders. All ReliefJet macros now allow you to take the raw value "as is" by specifying the exclamation point right after the opening brace like this: {!MACRO}. This enables you to insert HTML code snippets to message bodies.

New utilities:

• Convert Outlook MSG to PDF and Convert EML to PDF
  These two utilities complement the Export Outlook to PDF tool by converting email message files from MSG, EML and EMLX files to Adobe PDF.
• Export Emails from Messages to Auto-Complete Files
  Extracts email addresses from Outlook email messages and saves them to NK2 and XML AutoComplete files.

Updated utilities:

• Outlook Message Report
  The report now outputs emails ordered by Date, descending.
• Duplicate Email Remover, Duplicate Email Finder, Duplicate Calendar Items Remover and Duplicate Appointments and Meetings Finder
  These tools for finding and removing Outlook duplicates now allow you to specify the required date range. Moreover, the Duplicate Email Finder can expire duplicates.
• Mail Merge with Attachments
  Now you can put macros to headers and footers of Word documents.

In addition, all reports, utilities and tools that provide the ability to configure the date range enable you to specify relative dates.

The new big update of ReliefJet Essentials is fully compatible with Microsoft Office Outlook 2019, includes eight new utilities and brings the new functionality to utilities already included in the product. The new version enables automatic processing of outgoing messages, adds new macros (STORE, FOLDER, FIELD and BODY), and expands the capabilities of all macros with regular expressions.

  These reports convert emails, contacts, calendars and other Outlook items to CSV files and get the lists of any property and field values of Outlook mailboxes, data files, folders and items.

  The utility can now expand ReliefJet macros in Microsoft Word attachments. Also, it's now possible to convert Word to PDF automatically.
• Export Outlook to MSG
  This tool for converting Outlook email to MSG files now sets folder icons for Windows Explorer. Your mail archive looks just like in Outlook.
• Delete Empty Outlook Folders
  You can now make the utility to move empty folders to the specified Outlook folder retaining the original folder structure.
• Delete Outlook Folders
  It's now allowed to delete Outlook system folders from command line, just set the "Force" parameter to "True".

Welcome the first update in 2018! It provides new features and improves the existing ones. Three new utilities for converting MSG, EML and MBOX files to PST data files are now at your service.   These utilities were updated to include Internet Headers to the resulting MSG files.
• Merge Outlook Folders
  The tool enables you to merge multiple folders at once. Now you can copy or move many folders from one nesting level to another as well as to another PST data file, mailbox or Exchange Public Folder.
• Remove Outlook Attachments
  Now you can selectively remove file attachments, attached Outlook items or linked attachments.

Also, ReliefJet Macros are supported now in command line parameters specified as /p or -p.

This major update radically improves performance and reliability in a number of ways. For example, you can now process millions of Outlook messages and other items without any troubles. Of course, it fixes all issues found to the moment and provides many new and updated utilities.

• Save Attachments from MSG Files, Save Attachments from EML Files and Save Attachments from MBOX Files
  These three tools can save attachments directly from you MSG, EML or MBOX files to the specified location on your disk or network share.
• Remove Attachments from MSG Files, Remove Attachments from EML Files
  Two utilities for deleting attachments from your email archives of EML or MSG files. Now you can signiticantly reduce the size of your backups by saving attachments first and then removing the attachments you don't need.

Updated utilities:

• Copy/Move Outlook Items
  Now you can specify the path to subfolder of the selected Outlook folder to copy/move Outlook messages and other items to. This allows you to use macros to structure your mailbox automatically and use Outlook rules to automatically create folders for new messages depending on date, sender, recipient, subject and other fields.
• Export Outlook Folders and Items to PST File
  It is now possible to limit the resulting PST file maximum size, this creates multiple splitted PST files depending on your needs. Also, new filtering capability by Outlook item type.
• Outlook Message Report
  The tool for creating reports and exporting Outlook emails to CSV files is now extended with Modified and Created dates as well and with Unread message status.
• Save Attached Outlook Items
  You can now save attached Outlook items recursively (attached items in attached items). This enables you to extract attachments from embedded messages and other items fast.
• Save Attachments from Outlook
  This tool is now able to save attached Outlook items (embedded messages, etc).
• Remove Outlook Attachments
  The utility is now capable of attaching the list of removed attachments to Outlook messages and other items. Tools for removing attachments from MSG and EML files also provide this feature.

Moreover, all utilities for processing Outlook attachments in one or another way can now work with inline (like pictures in the message text) and with special Outlook hidden attachments (those you usually can't see at all).

This update introduces new utility features and fixes all issues found to the moment. It also extends the Professional Edition's command line help output by showing the available values for multivalued parameters.

  This report now includes the message Text, Reply To field, and Sensitivity.

  You can change the message subject now. Moreover, you can use macros in subject field. This allows you to prefix/suffix your subjects as needed.
• Save Email Addresses from Outlook Messages, Save Email Addresses from Outlook Messages to Contact Folder and Save Email Addresses from Outlook Messages to Contact Group
  These tools were updated to allow extracting emails from Reply To field.
• Sort Outlook Recipients
  This tools enables the feature to remove duplicate recipients when sorting them alphabetically.

  Configures folder permissons for Exchange/Office 365 mailboxes and Public Folders in bulk. Just select required folders, specify users and permisson levels, the tool will do the rest.

• Support for Outlook Search Folders
  You can now select search folders in Personal and Professional editions. This allows you to create advanced filters for processing messages using a familiar Outlook environment. In Professional Edition, you get the ability to specify search folders in command line using {SEARCH} macro.

New utilities:

• Backup Outlook and Exchange Folders
  Makes an incremental backup copy of Outlook/Exchange items using MSG files retaining the original folder structure. Just specify the output report file and the tool will use it between backups. This allows you to backup new and modified items only.
• Send Email Message
  Sends email message using OFT/MSG template and/or custom headers, message text and attachments. You can even use it in Outlook rules and command line.
• Message Statistics by the Name of Month
  This new reports shows detailed send/receive stats by the name of month.

• Export Outlook Items to MSG Files and Export Messages to EML/TXT/MBOX Files
  All utilities have received the ability to delete or move items after a successful export. In addition, these tools are now able to save files using several overwrite modes.
• Send Messages Personally

Breaking changes:

• The names of macros have changed in Professional Edition that are responsible for types of system folders and item types. Please refer to the product documentation and replace the names of macros to the new versions in the upper case.
• We also changed the format of the configuration files. After you install this release, you may need to reconfigure some of the utilities you use.

• The new tool pack for saving email addresses from contacts, address books and messages to a contact folders or contact groups.
• Update Linked Attachments
  This new utility allows you to update linked attachments by changing the location of the files they linked to. Linked attachments can appear, for example, after using the Replace Attachments with Links utility.

Now, in all utilities that move, remove and mark duplicates of various Outlook elements as well as in the report on duplicate items, you can specify folders with the high and low priority.
