Is ReliefJet a monthly or yearly subscription?
No it is a one-time payment for a lifetime license. Just make sure to keep your downloaded product.

If I want to update ReliefJet to the latest version, do I have to pay for it?
ReliefJet products are being updated regularly. You may have a period of free updates depending on the license type. Once expired, you can purchase the latest version at the discounted price. Or you can just continue using the old version.

After purchase, how do I receive the software?
You will receive an email within a few minutes with the download link and product key. Please double-check your Spam or Junk Email folder if the message did not arrive.

I am purchasing multiple licenses. Can I get a Site License or a volume discount?

Do you have trial versions I download for free and try before buy?
Yes, you are always welcome to download trial versions of ReliefJet Essentials and ReliefJet Quicks for Outlook. They are free and you can test product functionality using these versions. In opposite to many other Outlook add-ins available on the market, our products do not require Administrator's rights to install and use.

What platforms does ReliefJet run on?
All ReliefJet software runs on 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Microsoft Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP SP3, or Windows Server 2003 R2 - 2022 (make sure to read the "Additional Notes" section on our Download page).

What Outlook versions do ReliefJet products require?
Our products compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit desktop editions of Microsoft Office Outlook 365, Outlook 2021, Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, Outlook 2010, and Outlook 2007.

How do I install and uninstall the product?
To install the add-ins, download the installation file from our website to your local machine. Exit Outlook, then double click on the downloaded setup file and follow the step-by-step instructions. Use the "Buy Now!" button to enter your product key. Be sure to save your license key email in a safe place. You will need it if you decide to reinstall the product in the future. What happens if I have lost all my license details?
Please contact our support with your purchase email address, and we will resend all license details to your registered address.

I installed the add-in, but I can't find it!
First, exit Outlook and make sure it was closed completely during the restart (use the Task Manager to verify that Outlook.exe is not running). Then start Outlook again. Because the add-ins are integrated into Outlook, and become a part of it, they can be found in Outlook. Just look for the ReliefJet tab in the main Outlook window's ribbon.

How do I install the product for all users on a computer or a Terminal Server?
Install the product using the "for all users of the computer" option. This requires administrator's permissions.

If you have an idea for the add-in, we'd love to hear about it. We keep track of all requests and when we get enough of a particular kind, we turn it into a full fledged add-in. Just fill out the form to suggest an idea.
